Pay Transparency Part 2: Readiness – Audit, Roadmap & Implementation
One-day seminar · Part 2 · 8 December 2026 · Limassol
Trainers: Eleni Aslani & Natale Mastoroudes
You’ve read the headlines. Joined the webinars. Maybe even started a “Pay Transparency” folder. But if someone asked tomorrow: “Are we actually ready?” — what would you say?
The EU Pay Transparency Directive does not land on an empty table. It lands on top of your recruitment practices, employment contracts, pay policies, payroll and performance processes — everything your organization has built over the years. If any of those are shaky, pay transparency becomes significantly harder.
This seminar moves you from awareness to action. We go through the whole employee lifecycle, from the job ad to the exit, and you assess your own organisation stage by stage as we go. You will see which documents and policies need updating, how to handle a right-to-information request and how to prepare managers to explain pay decisions. At the end, your findings become your roadmap: what to do, in what order, and who owns it.
No theory. No generic checklists.
Just practical tools and real implementation experience.
