Pay Transparency Part 1: Building Fair & Defensible Structures

One-day seminar · Part 1 · 1 December 2026 · Limassol

Trainers: Natale Mastoroudes & Eleni Aslani

Most organisations in Cyprus do not have a job architecture. They have job titles.

Under the EU Pay Transparency Directive, that difference becomes a legal liability. You will need to define categories of workers, evaluate jobs against documented, gender-neutral criteria, and justify every pay difference with evidence. The draft Cyprus law goes further: the criteria must be explicitly weighted and, where employee representatives exist, agreed with them.

This seminar is not about what the Directive says — it is about how to implement it. In one day we go from job titles to a working structure: job architecture, categories of workers, job evaluation with eValueJobs, salary bands and fair, defensible individual pay decisions. Practical exercises throughout, and a framework you can adapt to your own organisation without rebuilding from scratch.

Interactive, practical, and deliberately small. Every question gets answered in the room.

Part 1 builds the structure.

Part 2 applies it across the whole employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, and turns it into a roadmap.
