From Toxic to Transparent: The Cultural Reset (Co-authored with HackHR)

We are proud to announce the release of a new co-authored case study: “From Toxic to Transparent: The Cultural Reset.”

In collaboration with HackHR (Vasileios I. Ioannidis, Ph.D.), this insight piece explores how to turn a fear-driven loop into a transparent, learning culture.

Growth People Pro’s CEO, Eleni Aslani, co-authored the case study, specifically leading Section 5: Employee Experience. This section focuses on the lived narratives and the “moments-that-matter” that turn initial results into durable, long-term change.

Why Employee Experience Mattered in This Reset

To ensure the cultural shift stuck, we focused on specific milestones in the employee journey:

  • Day 7: The first 1:1 meeting — establishing visibility as care (“you matter”).
  • Day 30: The Spotlight session — recognition that felt truly earned.
  • Day 60: The Learning Review — where blame-free curiosity replaced judgment.

The Results: What Changed?

By focusing on these key moments, we saw significant improvements in EX signals and practice metrics:

  • Learning Reviews: Participation rose from 32% → 73%, with action-closure increasing by +31pp.

  • Voice & Fairness: Saw the largest engagement gains (Voice +19pp, Fairness +21pp).

  • Trust in Managers: Up by +33% (Availability +27pp, Fairness +24pp).
