Job Architecture & Equal Pay: Building Structures

Most organisations in Cyprus do not have a job architecture. They have job titles.

There is a significant difference – and under the EU Pay Transparency Directive, that difference becomes a legal liability. The Directive requires you to define categories of workers, evaluate work against documented criteria, and justify pay decisions with evidence. The Cyprus legislation goes further: it requires those criteria to be explicitly weighted and, where employee representatives exist, agreed with them.

This workshop is the operational work behind pay transparency. Not the theory – the actual build. You will leave with a working framework for your own organisation.

This workshop is designed for:

HR teams, Compensation & Benefits professionals · HR BPs and HR Managers · Finance teams · Legal & Compliance Officers · Senior Management involved in pay decisions · Pay Transparency project committee members
